As a professional business coach I can coach you on how to:

But what I can’t do for you is connect you to as many people as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn can.


So lets try an experiment. I have a position open at my company. My challenge is for you to use social media and email to spread the word by forwarding this to as many connections as you can. Lets see just how many resumes I get.

RPM Business Solutions is looking for a sales and marketing representative.


RPM Business Solutions is looking for a self-starting sales and marketing representative. This position is perfect for the person that has the right experience and ability to work remotely from their home office.


RPM Business Solutions is a business consulting and coaching firm that operates differently than any other. When our clients hire us they discover is it like hiring a very experienced business adviser or executive without the high price tag. Our team equips the organization and its leadership to reach full potential.


Your job will be two fold:


  1. To communicate with and expand our referral partners


  1. To market and sell this service to business owners nationwide.


Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct in-person, phone and online demonstration of RPM Business Solutions’ latest products and services
  • Create proposals for prospective clients
  • Understand how to utilize social media to promote sales opportunities
  • Daily updates to in-house CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to address questions and concerns
  • Acquire referral sources that will promote RPM Business Solutions’ services
  • Minimal travel to attend trade shows is possible
  • Occasional local travel for RPM Business Solutions staff meetings and or meeting local clients

Experience: At least three years of marketing or professional sales experience, along with extensive social media experience. Network marketing experience is a plus.


Abilities: You must be self-motivated and be able to work remotely. Only serious sales people need apply.
